GENERAL CLUBHOUSE
 

• MAXIMUM of FOUR guests per Strata Lot in the Clubhouse
• Residents MUST be with guests at all times (except when booked into the guest suites)
• Residents may be asked at any time by staff to present your FOB
• Guests may be asked at any time by staff which Strata complex and unit they are from
• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home
• Rules posted on the Clubhouse bulletin board are to be taken as the most up-to-date
   

Booking System
 

• All bookings must be made online a minimum of 48 hours in advance, and a maximum of 90 days in advance.

• Bookings are available 90 days before, to the hour.  (ie: To book 90 days in advance at 10am you will need to book 90 days before at 10am)

• Payment must be made online at the time of booking

• Any damages during bookings will be the responsibility of the Strata Lot Owner.

• Due to a limitation in the booking system, suite rentals will only show from 4 pm to 12 am, but rentals will be from 4 pm to 11 am

GREAT ROOM - Room Open - Bookings Open (10am-2pm or 5pm-9pm)
 

• Maximum of 50 guests
   

FITNESS ROOM - Room Open - No Bookings
 

• Each station MUST be clean after use
   

HOT TUB - Open

• The Hot Tub is typically open all year round
• Maximum of 8
• Children under the age of 7 are not recommended in the Hot Tub
• Children under the age of 7 must be closely monitored within arm's reach
• Please return the cover when done to save on heating and chemical costs
   

POOL - Open (Closing Oct 10th 2023)
 

• The Pool is typically open from May long weekend to the Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend

• Cleaning supplies are available for use on chairs and tables

• No toys or Pool inflatables (Life vests and Water Wings OK)
   

GYMNASIUM - Open - Bookings Closed
 

• Gymnasium is based on a first come first serve basis
• Maximum of four (4) guests per Strata Lot allowed
   
• A signup sheet is available at the gymnasium door for daily reserved slots
  • Multiple time slots cannot be used by the same group
  • Bookings are for the current day only (no advanced bookings)
  • 90min maximum
     

MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM - Open - Bookings Open (10am-2pm or 5pm-9pm)
 

• Maximum of 18 guests
   

GAMES ROOM - Open
 

MUSIC ROOMS - Open
 

RENTAL SUITES - Open
 

• Suite One is 415 sq/ft and has a Queen size bed (66" W x 86" L)
• Suite Two is 284 sq/ft and has a King size bed (82" W x 87" L)
• Suites are limited to TWO (2) adults
